For most estate liquidations there are no up-front fees. Agreed fees will be collected after the sale is completed from the total liquidation gross sales.

For these services we do not give estimates over the phone. No two liquidations are the same. We must meet with you in person at the estate/property where the sale will take place. We need to assess and evaluate your items for sale, as well as get an understanding of location and layout of the estate/property. Please make sure that all items that are NOT FOR SALE are discussed with us at time of walk-thru. If you decide to move forward with our company, we want to make sure those items are properly marked and secured during staging and set-up process.

Our company will come in and professionally stage everything. This might include moving some of your furniture around for best results. Depending on the number of smaller items you have we will need to set-up tables with covers, that we provide, for proper display of your items. We establish an area for check-out and our large locking display cases (if needed) for jewelry, watches, coins, ephemera and small collectibles etc. We need to transform and stage many different areas so that everything can be displayed and seen properly to the buyers. It is our job to make sure your sale is successful.

This is one of the most important stages in the liquidation process. Knowing fair market value for your items to be priced correctly and understanding your area. Our company will look through all items to be liquidated, no item will go unturned. First, we will look through all your items to determine which items will need to be researched, authenticated, or tested for metal content etc. Then we will price remaining items at fair market value. Let us know during the walk-thru if there is anything you wish to price specifically. We will do our very best to get you the top price for all your items. However, we cannot guarantee any outcome.

For these services we will be using various platforms such as social media outlets including Instagram, Facebook and local ads. All estate sales will be listed on EstateSales.net and EstateSales.org reaching a minimum of 150,000 people. We will need to take multiple pictures throughout set-up process of all items for sale. Pictures will be cropped and edited, then uploaded to the various platforms to be viewed by potential buyers. At this point your sale will be publicly viewed, however, your address will not be released to the public until the day prior to the sale. We will also set up professional estate sale direction signs on corners in and around the neighborhood and surrounding major thoroughfare streets on the mornings of the sale.

Estate Buyouts and Item purchases are for a person/family that have items they wish to sell outright and do not want to hold an estate liquidation sale. We are always looking for items to purchase such as European antiques, oil paintings, antique furniture, statues, antique clocks, antique signs, bronze pieces, candelabras, antique lamps, marble sculptures, antique stained-glass art, crucifixes and old-world decor, etc. If you have any of these items and wish to sell them, contact us. We will give you a fair price should we decide to purchase. If we decide not to purchase them, we might be able to refer you to someone who will.
